Magnum Helps Put the “Happy” in the Happy Medic

Here at Magnum Boots USA, we love helping those in the industry wherever possible. So when Bloggers Happy Medic and Motorcop came to us earlier this year to help raise awareness for prostate cancer, we knew it was a no-brainer. From the end of June through the entire month of September, we dedicated resources to making sure that Kilted to Kick Cancer kicked off with a bang. What first started as a campaign to raise awareness, quickly became a fundraising challenge amongst bloggers — who raised more than $11,000 for prostate cancer research! The entire experience was incredible to be a part of, and we commend the Happy Medic and Motorcop for taking an important cause to the next level.

With that said, we are flattered that the Happy Medic recently honored us with the “Best YES!” in his “Stuff that Made Me Happy 2011″ awards. In the words of HM himself:

“It would have been very easy for Magnum to squirm in their chairs and tell us the economy isn’t looking good or that they were too small a company, but they jumped in with both feet and were instrumental in helping educate hundreds if not thousands of men about their own risks for cancer, and had a hand in helping to raise over $11,000 for the cause.”
